Nic grew up in Fayetteville, GA. She began her career in veterinary medicine as a veterinary assistant in 2013. She obtained her Associates degree in Veterinary Technology from Athens Technical College, graduating with honors, in 2020. Nicole has always had a soft spot for senior pets. This, along with her interest in chronic disease led her to pursue a position in Internal Medicine. While she will always love medicine, she wanted to serve her patients and their caregivers in a different, but meaningful, way. She is currently Fear Free certified and pursuing her Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Technician certification through the International Association for Animal Hospice and Palliative Care (IAAHPC).
